Senior Engineer

They currently have an outstanding opportunity to work as a Senior Engineer in our Randolph, NJ development center.
Qualifications
Candidates must have strong technical skills, understand and follow standard software development practices. This includes helping to define software development processes, policies, guidelines, and tools. Mentor other software development engineers and seeking to continuously raise own and the team's level of competence. This job involves about 70% software and 30% electrical hardware.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering with at least 3+ years programming experience in real time embedded systems are required.
- Working knowledge and skills in high level programming languages, e.g. C or C++ are preferred.
- Experience with elevator systems especially in control, control drive interface, and overall elevator systems is a plus.
- Working in a multi-functional team environment, must be a self-starter, willing to take charge in solving a variety of complex system problems from product development to current product R&D field support.
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience as a technical project leader is desired.
Compensation
Up to $95,000.00 + Bonus & Full Benefits Package
